The Joint Public Issues Team of The Baptist Union of Great Britain, The Methodist Church and The United Reformed Church has published a statement in response to the Prime Minister's announcement on Net Zero policies.
They express dismay at the delay in implementing policies to achieve net zero, and affirm their commitment as Christian leaders to encouraging ambition in reaching a rapid, equitable and just transition to net zero as we seek to care for God’s creation.
