A big thank you to everyone who made the Christmas Shoebox Appeal bring and buy morning on the 19th Sept such a success!
Much cake and tea was consumed, items brought and bought, and over £400 was raised!
This will go towards the costs of sending these little boxes of love to children in need in Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Bosnia and Romania (click here for more about T4U https://teams4u.com/shoebox-
We still need lots more lovely things to go in the shoeboxes, so please do keep knitting, sewing and collecting!

ITEMS NEEDED FOR THE SHOEBOXES
For children aged from 3 - 14 in Ukraine, Moldova, Georgia, Bosnia, Romania
- Toothpaste
- Toothbrushes small and large
- Bars of soap
- Flannels/sponges
- Wash bags
- Woolly hats/ gloves/mittens
- Pencil cases
- Notebooks /small exercise books
- Pencils /crayons /ball point pens
- Small soft toys
- Small toys /games
- Combs/hair bobbles/hair slides
- Small packets of sweets/chocolate (if dated, best before no earlier than June 2027)
