Support for Mission

Our commitment to service includes support for a wide variety of mission projects in the UK and overseas, through personal contact, prayer and financial giving.

Baptist Union Home Mission  Home Mission is all about helping Baptist churches and individuals to reach their mission potential and bring the love of God to their communities. It is the Baptist family purse, and each year the Union has an appeal to raise money for Home Mission.

BMS World Mission BMS World Mission is a Christian mission organisation, working in over 30 countries on four continents, to help people experience fullness of life in Jesus Christ.

Angel Tree, (Prison Fellowship) Angel Tree gives parents in prison the opportunity to send a Christmas present to their children

Tek Ura Tek Ura works to improve the lives of local disadvantaged and marginalised Albanian people by providing the support and opportunities they need to build better lives for themselves and their families.

Open Doors Every day, millions of Christians risk their lives to follow Jesus. In more than 70 countries, Open Doors supports them by supplying Bibles, providing emergency relief and helping persecuted believers stand strong for the long-term. In the UK and Ireland, Open Doors helps the church to pray, give and speak out for those who share our faith but not our freedom.

Teams4U Shoebox Appeal Teams4U is a small charity based in North Wales operating through partners in Uganda, Sierra Leone and Eastern Europe. They deliver shoeboxes filled with Christmas gifts to a vulnerable child, or family, through schools, nurseries, hospitals and orphanages.They aim to give each box is given in relationship with the local community as part of a long-term commitment to the children. Every year SBC fills 150+ shoeboxes for the project.

Tearfund Tearfund is a Christian charity with over 50 years of experience in international development. They work directly, and/or alongside local partners and churches in more than 50 countries to tackle complex poverty, though 
responding quickly to disasters and conflicts, partnering with local churches and organisations, and helping individuals and churches speak out on issues of poverty and injustice,  to challenge unjust policies and practices at a local, national and global level.
